Gala Dinner
The 2008 Gala Dinner and awards ceremony will be held on Tuesday 25th March.
It will feature a Las vegas theme with cabaret, casino and dancing. It will build on the success of the 2007 event when over 300 people sampled a menu sourced from leading producers in the North West.
This year sees our celebrity chefs are designing a dish for each course to make a feast for visitors.
Our starter will be provided by Michelin Starred chef from Abode Hotels, Manchester - Michael Caines OBE
The Main Course is the domain of Celebrity Chef and mulit award winning caterer, Paul Heathcote
and our Dessert course is supplied by Simon Radley of the Arkle Restaurant at the Grosvenor Hotel, Chester
The black tie evening begins at 6.45pm. at the racecourse with music, casino and dancing after the dinner and awards.
