Cocktail Competition 2008 Sponsored by Benedictine Liqueur
The Chester Food & Drink Festival’s 7th Cocktail Competition, is now on the horizon, to reveal Chester’s Cocktail Bartender of the year and we would like to invite you to take part.
The lively evening will enable you to compete against other Chester bartenders & show off your skills to the judging panel.
The competition will take place on Monday 10th March 2008 at Bar Lounge - 75 Watergate Street, Chester.

Sausage Competition
To enter your sausage into the Best Sausage Competition, please contact the festival office or see below for more information. Entry forms need to be received by 28th January.

Young Chef Competition
The Food and Drink Festival are searching for Chester’s Young Chef of the Year. If you are a talented and dedicated young Chef or Cook training at college or working within a restaurant, accommodation provider, public house or visitor attraction within Chester and are 25 or under on 29/02/08 with no more than 2 years paid experience within the Food Industry, please enter yourself in this year's competition.
