Vote 2008

Nominations are now called for to find this years winners. The 4/5 venues in each category who receive the most nominations will make the final stage and will be judged by either a mystery diner or a panel of experts.

Best Small/Large Restaurant, Best Bar/Pub will be judged by a mystery diner using a marking criteria designed by restaurant owners of Chester, to ensure the fairest system possible.

We have enlisted the help of Chester@large in both assessing the mystery diner criteria and in voting on the other awards.

We believe we now have the fairest and best system to make these the best awards in the North West.

VOTING CLOSED AS OF MIDNIGHT Friday 15th February

Judging 2008

The 6 venues in each category that achieve the highest number of nominations will go forward to a selection panel from the chester@large readership who will come up with a final 4 nominations in each category.

The Restaurant of the year nominations will be judged by a Mystery Diner who will submit marked assessments of each venue that will be available for scrutiny by these establishments after the announcement of the winner.

The other categories will be voted upon by the Chester@large selection panel. This process has been approved by a committee of Chester restaurant owners and agreed to be the fairest and best system possible.
